Tuna noodle casserole

I learnt this recipe at a Community centre, when I was a new mother.  This program " Cooking healthy together" teaches the new mothers, how to cook healthy for the kids.  It was like a club, where all the women, new mothers gather and cook together, enjoy the food cooked and have a good time sharing cooking experiences and chatting. This is a quick and easy recipe.  Favourite among kids. It has all the four food groups mentioned in the Canada's food guide.  It has protein from chicken and tuna ,  fibre from vegetables, carbs from noodles, and dairy from cheese. It's a wholesome food,  kids just can't stop eating....
