This is an Indian inspired mango smoothie. Yogurt in combination of fruit, makes a delicious drink. This sweet and savoury lassi ( curds drink )is traditionally from North India, but it's popular all over India. Makki da roti, sarson ki saag, and mango lassi, what a combination, mmm, mm ... good! Some places give lassi, a little flavour of their own.
Ingredients:
Ripe mangoes - 1 cup cubed
yogurt - 1 cup
sugar - 2 tsp/ according to taste
Orange slices for garnish
Method:
Blend all the above ingredients, garnish and enjoy!
Tip: You can top it off with a scoop of ice-cream to make it extra delicious.
