Chicken 65

I had the first taste of chicken 65,  at a  Punjabi dhaba at  Hyderabad. I liked it instantly. I learned the recipe before I come to Canada. This is my family's favourite too.
Here is the recipe...
Chicken 65
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken- 1 lb cut in cubes
corn flour -2 tsp
all purpose flour -1 tsp
egg 1
Salt
Pepper
lemon juice - 1 tsp
Orange food colour as required
Green chillies - 5 slit in half( adjust accordingly)
Garlic - 1 pod chopped finely
kasuri methi - 1 tsp
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
yogurt - 1 cup

Method:
The method consists of 3 segments....

1. Marination: In a bowl, marinate chicken with egg, corn flour, all purpose, salt, pepper, lemon juice, food colour for atleast half an hour.

2. Frying the chicken: In a frying pan, fry the  marinated chicken and keep it aside, making sure not to fry until it is brown or crispy.  Fry only until it changes colour and half done. The rest of the half will be cooked with yogurt.

3. Seasoning: In a wok,  pour 2/ 3 tbsp of oil and fry the garlic, green chillies, curry leaves, kasuri methi.  Add chicken and the garam masala fry for sometime.  Now add the yogurt,  fry until it is dry and the yogurt disappears. serve hot.
