Watermelon Basket - carving

Watermelon is one of my favourite fruits.  I can't get enough of it, either having it myself or carving it.   Here's the most elegant way to present the fruits in a carved fruit basket.  Watermelon basket is basically used like a bowl ,to place the fruits. It adds beauty to your table setting.  It is much more easier to carve than I thought.  All you need is a bit of creativity and a template in mind.

Ingredients / tools:
Watermelon
Sharp pairing knife
Marker
Fruits of choice

Method:


Mark the  watermelon


Cut out


Scoop out the inside



                                                                       Fill it up with fruits of choice
