This fried chicken liver is so irresistable. It's quick and easy to make, doesn't take a lot of time for cooking. It goes well with rasam. Since, it doesn't have bones and soft to chew, kid's enjoy it, if you make it milder with less spice.
Ingredients:
Chicken liver - 1lb
Onions - 1 sliced
Green chillies - 4 sliced
Chilli pwd - 1 tsp
Daniya ( coriander) pwd - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Salt
Oil - 2 tbsp
Method:
Pour oil in a pan, add green chillies, curry leaves and fry for a min, add chicken liver and cover and cook until the blood stops oozing and the water is all evoporated. Add Onions, salt, chilli pwd, daniya and fry. Finally add garam masala and mix it well. serve hot.
