Devilled eggs

I don't know where they got this name from, but certainly, it's not so devilish. I am excited to share my devilled eggs recipe with you. You don't need great cooking skills to make this recipe. It is easy and simple. Good enough to feed the mob on Superbowl nite, Easter, Thanksgiving dinner or kid's Birthday parties. Its a great addition to your table, especially if you are catering to the little kids. This is one of my kid's favourite . This recipe is good as a starter too. You can make this recipe one day ahead and keep refrigerated.

Ingredients:
Eggs - 4 boiled
Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
Sour cream - 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper -
Garlic pwd - a pinch( optional)
vinegar - 1/2 tsp

For garnish:
cheese slices - cut into a flower using cookie cutter, Parsley.

Method:
Cut the boiled eggs length wise, remove the egg yolks( yellow part) from the egg whites and place it in a small bowl. Mash it with a fork. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, salt and pepper, garlic pwd and mix thoroughly. Fill the empty egg white shells with the mixture and garnish
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. serve chilled.

Tip: To give a fine finish to your work use the piping bag with star nozzle to fill the empty, egg white shells. keep the devilled eggs chilled and refrigerated until you serve. Don't keep it out for more than an hour.Take extra precaution during the hot summer months. You can use various garnishes like paprika, chat masala, chives, fresh parsley etc.
