Pepper chicken

The Dominant Ingredient in this recipe is black pepper.  Black pepper is good, especially if you are suffering with cold and cough. This is my Hub's recipe.  He is good at making this recipe.  I like it on a cold, snowy day.

Ingredients:

Chicken - 1lb
Black pepper - 1 tbsp
Onions -1 sliced
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Daniya pwd - 1 tsp
Salt
Red chilli pwd - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala pwd - 1/4 tsp
Oil


Method:
Marinate chicken with Ginger, garlic paste, salt,  red chilli pwd, Daniya, Garam masala pwd and leave it for atleast 1 hr in the refrigerator.
 In a pan fry the Onions till  golden brown  and add the chicken and cook until well done on medium heat. If it is getting too dry and the bottom of the pan is browning, then little water.  Finally, add the black pepper and mix well, garnish and serve hot.
