Here is a Health Mix, a complete Balanced Nutrients, Produced by a company called " Manna" It is the natural source of vitamins and minerals. It's all in one health food for all ages.  It is in powdered form and 100% vegetarian. It says, naturally balanced with essential amino acids. This product is HACCP approved ( Hazard analysis and critical control points). Processed using advanced technology and hands free packing.

The ingredients of this product are:

Ragi, Bajra, Maize, Jowar, Wheat, Fried gram,Rice, Green gram,Barley, Soya bean, Sago , Cashewnut,Badam, and Cardamom.

It contains:
Carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins, sources: Ragi, Bajra, Maize, Jowar, Wheat, Rice, Barley.

Protein sources: Fried gram, soya bean, Green gram

Fat sources: Badam, Cashew nuts.

Natural flavour sources : Cardamom.

This product claims to contain no artificial colours or preservatives.

The Instructions on this package says to make porridge. But I found an interesting way to use it, By adding few spoons in my roti flour. You can also use it in soups, or  like thickening agents in sauces. You can use your creativity and incorporate it in your everyday cooking. It is tasting great and very healthy too. I felt it is good for the fussy eaters and children who are under weight. But watch out for the allergies, the product contains nuts . It is the wholesome nutritious food for all ages. This product is available in selected Indian and srilankan stores.
