I learnt this recipe from my favourite TV chef Barefoot contessa. This recipe has all the natural ingredients in it. With minimum amount of ingredients you can make this fabulous healthy dessert.
Yogurt - 1 cup
Honey - 2 tbsp
Freshly squeezed orange juice - 1/2 cup
Orange segments - around 8 -10
Granola - 1 tbsp ( optional)
Put the yogurt in cheese cloth and allow the water to drain out. This process take a long time, so keep it in the refrigerator for overnight. Next day you will see the thick yogurt without water. Put the yogurt in a bowl and add the freshly squeezed orange juice and honey . Add orange segments , mix it well . Top it off with granola for some added texture. Put a slice of orange as a garnish on the side.
Serving the kids: Pour this mixture in the popsicle mould and freeze it. Serve it during the summer, kids would enjoy it !
