This is pretty easy to make. Goes well with any vegetarian or non -vegetarian dishes . It has the tangy flavour, as well as hot.
Ingredients:
Red onions - 1 sliced or cut in circles
Green chillies - 1 chopped
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Salt
Water - 1/2 cup
Method:
Take the red onions , green chillies in a bowl, add vinegar, salt, water. let it sit for an hour. Drain the water. Serve with rotis, parantas,naan.
