Orange garnishing

Here is a lovely way to use Orange as garnishing.

Method:

Cut the peel into five or six segments depending on the size of the Orange.  Make sure you don't cut it too deep, detach the peel from orange and carve it into petals as shown in the pic.  Place the orange on top.
